Meeting place at Boon Lay MRT station. Introduced ourselves. Sat bus to NTU as a group. Played many ice breaker games; simply sucks at those. Many games were played too make us get to interact with as many people as possible. Next we were brought around the school by our group leaders. After dinner comes painting of our group banner. And then proceeding to a LT where we watch ghost movies, with an intention to make us feel scared. Fright walk, we were paired up, boy to girl, and asked to walk around the school using light sticks on the floor to guide us. Edwin was my partner, i was not as scared as the ghost movie has been watched before in A06 class chalet. Through the walk, we were crapping non-stop. Talking to ghost around and laughing at them, replying to their screams with 'orh..ok' then walk away. We were transported to girl guides camp in jalan bahar for our sleep at 1 plus 2 midnight.
Day 2
Games then cooking! my group was given naggets, hashbrowns, cuttlefish balls, campbell's mushroom soup. Our group hurriedly grab the stuffs and book the kitchen space before the others can do anything. We took much time infront of the stove leaving other 2 group assigned to that kitchen to rush. Ya.. our bad as almost all the food we received needs to be fried.

After lunch comes water games. 5 stations. We were drenched then dried and drench again. After the games, we were told to change into our throw away attire and it's dinner time followed by mass dance. Which i think i enjoyed this part the most as no water is involved. The leaders had a hard time teaching us the steps and the movements. Next, blindfolded 1 by one to matchmake. 5 guys will be meeting 5 girls blindfoldedly with our hands held together while we interact. It's like super 'gan-ga' cos you dont know who is that person and you cannot tell any identity about yourself. 5 mins per interaction and all questions asked are standard plus a short moment of silence. After matchmaking we were not allowed to take off the blindfold. And then comes HELL. long waiting time, pouring honey, floor, water, mac curry sauce plus alot of unknown stuffs over us. Made us crawl on the ground, did stupid stuffs to us, i saw that cause my blindfold did not totally cover my vision at that time. By the time we removed our mask, it was 1plus in the middle of the night. From 6pm to 1am... BLINDFOLDED. Washed my hair and body 3 times before i can get rid of most of the stinky 'food' on me!Day 3

Only 3 hours of sleep and up to 'move house' again. Off to Sentosa. The weather was cloudy in the beginning but clouds disappeared to no-where within minutes. Again 5 stations - beach games. Like the day before, most games are boy to girl and water related. All the way till 1 plus in the afternoon. The sun was VERY kind for the last 3-4 hours. After lunch, we were taught games again and we have to discuss on our cheer and short play for the campfire night. Off to the sun again. This time it was something i think most freshie didnt expect:
1) line up in a straight line
2) lie with your back facing up, butt to butt and shoulder to shoulder with the person beside you
3) dig a hole for your face
4) 1 by 1, with the support( by the row of leaders) of only your wrist and ankles to roll from right to left over every one in the line.
fun-> exciting -> painful -> round and round roller coaster -> dizzy -> Nausea ->weak-> fainting -> dying -> dead by the end of the line.
Just lying there to be rolled over by others like some dead bodies. It took be quite a long time before i can get rid of that dizziness. Played ' Xi Shuah Shuah' in the waters, which clothes lines are formed by mostly guys in our group. All the girls were tossed into the water... fun. The tide was quite high at that time. Took group photos in the sea with all flags. After bath, the whole sentosa beach area was dark. Our group had dinner by the cycling path which no cyclist seem to be sighted at all as far as i know. Quick rehearse on our cheer and short play and to the camp fire site. Everyone was not 100% sure of our parts but just act as the narator speaks. Because my group was forced to drink lots of 100 plus and water before our play, the whole group disappeared to the toilet after the play. The programmer couldnt find anyone from griffins and when we came back, the others were preparing for mass dance. We quickly grabbed our partners and into the dance floor. After afew rounds we got hold of it and it was really fun. Dancing with someone who you don't know who and cant see you. Next, group Cheer was quite ok. My group crap and did many CUTE things act as if we will win for sure just for laugh. End.. pack up and head to a chalet in sentosa to retire till the next day. chalet room = storeroom (approx 3m by 2.5m), 2 doubledecks, no windows, 1 air con, 14 persons. My group with the least person, there are groups with 18 people with the same size room as us..
Day 4
Rain, we had to run to the meeting place 1st thing in the morning. Amazing race(very typical)...won't elaborate... Final meeting place (5.30pm), east coast park. played group games, took photos. I felt cold and took my temperature: 37.7. Drank lots of water. i need to lower my temperature cause the next night cycling is what i've been waiting for. 2.5L of water and took my temperature again 37.5. Ate the only available burger king. Decorate a mask for individual's secret partner. Laugh at each other art work. Mine was not good.. i think worst of all. but who cares, it's not me wearing that! Continued drinking water. All the way until 11plus 12 then it's my group's turn to start. 3 stations.
Day 5
i know at some point my temperature was running but was still in control of myself. total journey was 32km if not wrong. Was totally goggy, dreamy and really shack after that. It was 4.30am and all freshies are suppose to see the sun rise at east coast together? Lie on my back and slept for 30 mins. Took temperature and WTH: 38.1. Temperature didnt go down so i was sent to coasta sands parsa ris to rest. It's cloudy that morning, no sun. While bathing, the others came back. The 2 sickies (including me) was sent to sleep in the air con room..? while the others sleep downstairs. My temperature rise to 38.5 at 10.30am. Mum called and she say she will fetch me. the leaders woke us up and send those that needs to see the doctor to the clinic. I was already half dead. Mum came, brought me to a relative's clinic. temp 38.8 -> SIT OUTSIDE. Went for lunch before going home. Medication too strong that i had swollen eyes when waking up in the evening. Received MSGs from my group leaders.. so touched. yep! and 1 person from my group who went home on the 1st day got tested H1N1 positive, but recovered.
Day 6
Went to another doctor(my family doctor), gave me tamiflu without any bloodtest and 1 week MC. So no more work next week:) Bad News: Another person from my grp tested positive H1N1 was 1 of my group leader who fell sick only on the last day/day 6 and was with us the whole time! therefore it was suspected someone else in my group infected her but was not tested.
