School had started. Lecturers teach and just teach and assume that we had learnt all before. Unlike poly where lecturers still stop and so around to see your progress during lecture, make sure students really understand what's going on, smile and interact with the students. Now here..lecturers just teach and click on slides maybe write some stuffs and nothing else. It's purely just 1 way interaction and 99.9% on only lecture stuffs during that 1 hour. Super turbo speed and 1 common thing between most lecturers is their speech - 'i am sure you have been taught this before so i will not elaborate' 'these are all quite straight forward so i won't talk about this, okie next'. They expect you to remember all things and to have photographic memory. No time to even copy and take down notes- Or am i slow? Met raf in food connection today during lunch and she is also facing the same situation as me. Her lecturers also said the same thing. Now i start to doubt if i can successfully step out of NTU with a cert looking at the percentage of blanks on my lecture notes and in my head. Falling asleep by the sound of the lecturers.
